Welcome to Kizuki. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Kizuki is a mobile wellness application designed to help users better understand and reflect on their emotions through short mindfulness check-ins, reflections, AI-supported features, and optional social features such as Friends or Circle.
The app is free to download and use in part. Certain features, including AI-powered features, require an active paid subscription.
You may only use Kizuki for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. Any misuse of the app, including attempts to bypass, manipulate, or interfere with its features or systems, is prohibited.
You are not required to create an account to use Kizuki. Personal data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated or unless needed to operate features you choose to use, such as Friends, Circle, invite, sharing, nudge, or notification features.
If you choose to provide your name during onboarding, you understand that it may be used to personalize content generated within the app, including AI-generated reflections or messages. For example, the app may reference your name in responses to make the experience feel more personal.
Kizuki may allow you to add friends or join a Circle through invite links or invite codes. You should only connect with people you trust.
When you connect with another user, that friend may be able to see limited information about you or your activity, depending on the feature and your privacy settings. This may include your display name, profile or avatar information if you add it, your latest check-in signal, mood status, check-in time, or related limited social signals.
You may be able to control whether mood information is shared, whether friends can send nudges, and whether a friend remains connected to you. A nudge is a lightweight social interaction or notification that may show that a friend saw a check-in or wants to gently prompt you.
Once you share information with a friend, Kizuki cannot guarantee that the information will remain confidential. A friend may view, save, repeat, share, or disclose that information outside the app.
Friends, Circle, check-in signals, mood sharing, and nudges are supportive social features only. They are not emergency, crisis, medical, psychological, or mental-health intervention tools, and they should not be relied on to monitor, detect, prevent, or respond to harm.
Kizuki is free to download. Access to AI-powered features and certain premium functionality requires a paid subscription.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat.
Unless required by applicable law or the policies of the relevant app store, all purchases are final and refunds are not provided directly by us.
By using Kizuki’s AI-powered features, you understand and agree that the app may send certain information you provide in order to generate personalized reflections, insights, and supportive content.
